How do I know the agents are legitimate?
All agents on our platform have their credentials verified. Australian agents must hold a valid MARA registration, and Canadian agents must be registered as RCIC or RISIA. We verify these credentials before profiles go live.
How much does a consultation cost?
Consultation fees are set by individual agents and vary based on their experience and specialization. Prices are displayed transparently on each agent profile. You can compare fees before booking.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to the agent's cancellation policy.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers.
How do I leave a review?
After your consultation is marked as completed, you can leave a review on the agent's profile page. Reviews are moderated to ensure they meet our community guidelines.
I'm an immigration agent. How do I join?
Click "List Your Practice" to create your agent profile. You'll need to provide your licence/registration number for verification. Once verified, your profile goes live and you can start receiving bookings.
